The Denver 5k

The Denver 5k takes place at the south side of Sloan Lake Park in Denver. The course is positioned to provide views of the city skyline as participants run around the lake. The event is an official qualifier for the BolderBoulder and features a flat and fast route.

There are two primary events available:

5k
FREE Kids Fun Run (open to children ages 7 and under)

Registration includes a race shirt designed by Belong Designs and a pint glass for all physical race participants. The event features live music and supports a local charity partner, Covered Colorado, which provides a safe house and assistance for survivors of human trafficking.

Timing for the event is recorded using chip technology. While overall awards are determined by gun time, age group awards and general rankings are based on chip times. Pricing tiers are available for youth and senior participants, and group pricing options are also offered. RaceJoy is available for those who wish to use GPS tracking during their run.
