The Crusher Run - Texas Quarry 5K

The Crusher Run takes place at Martin Marietta's Texas Quarry in Maryland on May 31, 2026. The course runs on the top loop and along the perimeter of a working limestone quarry. The quarry is not operational on race day.

Event options include a 5K timed race with professional chip timing using disposable bib tags and an untimed Family Fun Run for walk, jog, or run participation. A separate ASA 5K event is listed. The combined participation limit for the timed 5K and the Family Fun Run is 600 entrants.

Safety and race rules require runners to follow course signage, cones, and instructions from race officials. No deviation from the marked course is allowed. Bicycles and pets are not permitted on the course. Race bibs must be worn on the front of the body and be visible at all times.
