The County Marathon 2026

This is the 23rd annual edition of The County Marathon, taking place on Sunday, October 4, 2026. The event is held at the Prince Edward Community Centre on 375 Picton Main Street in Picton, Ontario.

The event features several race distances:

Marathon (42.2 km)
Half Marathon (21.1 km)
5K Run
2-5 Person Marathon Relay

Virtual options are also available for the full and half marathon distances. Both the Marathon and Half Marathon courses are Athletics Canada Certified Courses (ACCC). The event includes a fundraising component for the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Foundation.

A free shuttle service to the start lines departs from the Prince Edward Community Centre parking lot on race morning. Race kit pick-up is scheduled for the day before the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
