Event overview
The Coldwater Classic is a trail running and cross-country biking event hosted by Heads or Trails. It takes place at the Coutlee Plateau Mountain Biking Recreation Area in Merritt, British Columbia, on July 18 and July 19, 2026. The event includes separate running and biking days and offers on-site camping.

- 26 km run
- 10 km XC bike
- 26 km XC bike Multi-sport entries combine the matching run and bike distances (10 km + 10 km, or 26 km + 26 km). Route maps are provided via Trailforks and Gaia GPS. The 26 km events have a 6-hour cut-off.
Logistics and facilities
Registration fees are shown inclusive of processing and mandatory charges. Early bird and full-price periods are listed for each event category. Free on-site camping is available for tents, RVs, and trailers with no hookups or showers; sites are first come, first serve. Port-o-potties are provided on site.
