The BKLYN MILE
The BKLYN MILE is a USATF-certified point-to-point road mile held on Kent Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn on Sunday, August 2, 2026. The course runs south of the Williamsburg Bridge at South 10th Street and Kent Avenue and finishes adjacent to Marsha P. Johnson State Park on Kent Avenue.
The event is presented by HOKA and features multiple one-mile race divisions: masters races for women and men, open bandit races for women and men, invite-only trials for women and men, and a Friends and Family Mile with separate adult and children entries. Standard adult registration fees are listed as $55 and the children 11 and under entry is listed as $15.
Race day services are organized at Marsha P. Johnson State Park and include packet pick-up, bag drop and an event expo. Proceeds from the event benefit Girls on the Run NYC.
