The Brooklyn Fall : Prospect Park, Brooklyn (November 9, 2025)
The event is organized by CityTri Runs and takes place at the Greek Shelter (Peristyle) on the south side of Prospect Park, Parade Pl. and Parkside Ave., Brooklyn, NY 11226. The race program includes the following distances:
- Half Marathon
- 10K
- 5K
Course, format, and amenities
All races use a looped course in Prospect Park. The Half Marathon is four loops, the 10K is two loops, and the 5K is one loop. The park remains open to pedestrians and cyclists; runners must stay in the designated runners lane and yield to others. Each loop has three aid stations supplying water, sports drink, and gels, which results in multiple station visits for multi-loop distances. The meeting point and finish line are at the Greek Shelter (Peristyle); the start is a short distance from that point. Live timing and split updates are provided per loop, and results, finisher photos, and video are available. Race items include a technical T-shirt (male and female cuts) and a die-cast finisher medal; personalized bibs are available if registered within the event's stated deadline.
Rules, timing, and awards
Participants must wear their bib on the front torso to ensure timing. Minimum age is 12. Entrants must sign required waivers and show photo ID to receive a race number and timing tag. Certain items and activities are not allowed on course, including coaches with runners, baby-joggers, bikes, in-line skates, skateboards, and dogs. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers in each distance, and age-group awards are presented to top finishers across multiple age categories. Refund, transfer, and timing policies follow the organizer’s stated rules. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
