Event overview
The Big One takes place on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at Keller Town Hall, 1100 Bear Creek Pkwy., Keller, TX 76248. The event features a trail-based 5K course through Keller and several other participation options on the same day. The organizer lists a MapMyRun route for the 5K course. Entry fees and deadlines: the listed fees are $38 for the 5K, $20 for the 1 Mile, and $40 for the virtual option. Some events show registration ending February 7, 2026, and the 5K and 1 Mile fees increase after January 30, 2026. Registrants for the 5K and 1 Mile must register by February 2 to guarantee t-shirt size.
Awards and extras: 5K and 1 Mile registrants receive event-themed shirts and finisher medals; 5K runners are eligible for age-group awards (awarded four deep by male/female divisions from 0-4 through 80+). Overall and masters categories also receive medals. Awards are distributed at the event and will not be shipped. Volunteers receive a code for a free race entry.
