Location: Jericho Beach Park, Vancouver, BC. The 10th annual Big Easter Run features distances: 1-3 km for kids (loop), plus 5 km and 10 km (two laps of 5k). Atmosphere: family-friendly, holiday-themed with entertainment and Gnubees Egg Hunt.
Course: starts near the water, winds through spring blooms on gravel and trail, then along a beach-side path with views of the North Shore and city skyline; mild inclines and accessible for all ages and abilities. Leashed dogs and strollers welcome in the final wave. Route is designed to be completed within 2 hours.
