The Superhero Run takes place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 851 Terry Avenue North, Seattle, WA. The event offers multiple distance options:

Format and timing
The event is organized as smaller, private group waves with a cap per wave; waves are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. A virtual run option allows participants to complete their distance at a different time and place and receive the event medal and digital training materials. Official timing is optional: no timing chips are used. Participants may track time with apps (for example Strava or RunKeeper) and submit times for online posting, or ask coordinators to help record times.
Race kit, logistics and fees
Registered participants receive a running T-shirt shipped to a US mailing address, a finisher's towel or giveaway, a finisher's medal, a digital training pack, online results and a certificate of completion, and an invitation to join local running clubs. Race bibs are provided on race day. Shirts are shipped the week of the race; participants who register late may receive shirts after the event. Registration fees listed on the event page are approximately $41.89 for the 5K, $47.26 for the 10K, $50.48 for the half-marathon, $41.89 for the virtual run, and $39.74 for the family 1 mile.
