Run for Mental Health : Seattle
Run for Mental Health is a fundraising and awareness event held in Seattle on March 7, 2026, at 851 Terry Avenue North, Seattle, WA. The event aims to raise awareness, help reduce stigma and start conversations around mental well-being. It is organized as a smaller, private group run with participant waves that have limited capacity; a virtual run option and a wait list are available if waves are full. Sponsors include Gatorade and several running-related partners.

Timing is optional; participants may track times with a personal app and submit results for online posting. No timing chips are used. Race bibs are provided on race day. Swag is shipped to the registrant’s US mailing address; shirts are shipped the week of the race. Standard participant items include a running T-shirt, finisher’s towel or giveaway, finisher’s medal, a digital training pack, online results and a certificate of completion, and an invitation to local running clubs. The organizer states that every mile logged after the race will result in a $1 donation to partnered charities; fundraising is optional.
