Run for Mental Health : Seattle
Run for Mental Health is a community running event held on November 14, 2026, at Lincoln Park, 8011 Fauntleroy Way Southwest, Seattle, Washington. The event offers multiple distance options and a virtual alternative. It is organized as smaller, capped waves that fill on a first-come, first-serve basis; waves are used to manage group size.

Timing is optional: participants may track time with personal apps and submit results for posting, or ask coordinators for timing assistance. The event does not use timing chips. Race bibs are provided on race day, and participant shirts and other swag are shipped to U.S. mailing addresses. Swag items listed by the organizer include a running T-shirt, a finisher's towel or giveaway, a finisher's medal, a digital training pack, online results, and a certificate of completion. A technical running shirt upgrade is offered for an additional fee.
The virtual option can be completed at any time and place using a tracking device; medals are issued after results are submitted.
