Coffee Lover Run PHOENIX takes place at G.R. Herberger Park on East Indian School Road in Phoenix, AZ. The event offers in-person and virtual participation on the same weekend and includes a family fun run option.

This is organized as a smaller, private group run with capped waves. Waves are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis; a virtual option and a wait list are available when waves sell out. Participants of all paces and ages may take part; minors must be accompanied by a guardian.
Timing is optional. Runners may track times with common apps (Strava, RunKeeper, Nike Run, etc.) and submit results for online posting. No timing chips are used. Coordinators remain on site for several hours after the first wave and late arrivals may run upon arrival.
Swag and race logistics: race bibs are provided on race day and participant shirts are shipped to the US mailing address provided at registration. Swag includes a running T-shirt, a finisher’s towel or giveaway, a finisher’s medal, a digital training pack, online results and a certificate of completion, and an invitation to join local running clubs. A technical running shirt is available for a small upgrade fee. Fundraising participation is optional and the event supports charity initiatives tied to post-race miles.
