Terrain includes rolling single track and short steep climbs and drops; the 50 Mile route includes multiple out-and-back climbs to higher peaks and a large loop that rejoins the start/finish area. The 50 Mile lists about 50.1 miles and 7,026 ft total elevation gain; other distances have lower mileage and elevation.
Aid stations are provided and noted as well stocked, with spacing listed between about 3 and 10.5 miles. Crews are allowed at the start/finish only; pacers are permitted for 50 Mile runners on the final loop within the Competitive Track and are not allowed for other distances. Drop bags are allowed at specified aid stations for designated distances. The event operates as a cupless event with reusable cups available. Parking is at the competitive track lot; the park charges a $7 entry fee per vehicle. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
