A Merry Christmas Run 5K/10K/13.1 Las Vegas
A Merry Christmas Run is a holiday road running event held at Sunset Park on East Sunset Road in Las Vegas, NV. The event offers multiple distance options, including a family one mile, and both on-site and virtual participation. The in-person event is organized as smaller, capped waves; waves are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and a wait list and virtual option are available if waves sell out.
Timing is optional. Participants may track time with common running apps and submit results for posting, or ask coordinators to assist with timekeeping. No timing chips are used. Race bibs are provided on race day and packet pickup is not required because participant swag is shipped to the mailing address provided at registration within the US.
Participant items include a running T-shirt shipped to US addresses, a finisher towel or giveaway, a finisher medal, a digital training pack, and an online certificate of completion. A technical running shirt is available as a paid upgrade for an additional five US dollars. The organizers send a final update by email the Wednesday before the race and provide online results.
