Event Details
The Oktoberfest Run is a running event with distances of 5 km, 10 km, and 13.1 miles. It takes place at the "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign" on Las Vegas Boulevard South in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Logistics
The event is described as a smaller, private group run with a participant cap per wave. Packet pickup is not required; race bibs are provided on the day of the event. Participants' running shirts and swag bags are shipped to their US mailing addresses before the event. For registrations within two weeks of the race, shirts may arrive after the run.
Race Format
Wave starts are offered, with a first-come, first-served basis for wave selection. The available wave times are 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, and 8:30 AM. Late runners can run upon arrival, with coordinators staying for three hours after the first wave. Timing is optional, with no timing chips used; participants can track their own time via an app. The event also includes a virtual run option.

The registration fee includes several items:
