Sloth Run 5K/10K/13.1 KANSAS CITY
Sloth Run is a community road event on April 10, 2027 at Mill Creek Park on Broadway Boulevard in Kansas City, Missouri. The event offers in-person and virtual participation and is organized with capped fields per wave to keep each wave small and personal. Waves close when full; a waitlist and a virtual option are available once a wave sells out.

- Half-marathon (13.1 miles)
- Virtual run
- Family 1 mile
Timing is optional: participants may track their own time with common running apps and submit results via the organizer's online process, or request timing assistance from an on-site coordinator. No timing chips are used. Coordinators remain on site for three hours after the first wave to assist arriving participants.
Swag is mailed to U.S. addresses. Participants receive a running T-shirt, a finisher medal, a virtual training run emailed before the event, an online certificate of completion and an invitation to join a local running club. A lightweight technical shirt upgrade is offered for an additional $5. Packets are not required to be picked up; bibs are handed out on race day. Shirts are shipped the week of the race, but late registrants within two weeks may receive shirts after race day.
