The Best 5K on the Brazos is a community 5K run held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, in Waco, TX at Indian Spring Park (zip 76708). Registration, awards and race-day logistics
The entry fee is $35; the price increases after April 19, 2026. All registered runners receive a T-shirt. T-shirt sizes are guaranteed for registrants who sign up by Monday, May 4, 2026; after that, sizes are provided on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
Awards include medals for the top overall male and female and for the first three male and female finishers in five-year age categories from 14 and under through 65 and over.
Packet pick-up is available early at Waco Running Company, 700 Franklin Ave., Waco, TX, and on race day at Indian Spring Park. All athletes must have a race bib to run; multiple packets may be picked up for friends or family. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
