The Beat Goes On 5K
The Beat Goes On 5K is scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2026 in Benton, Arkansas, co-hosted with Tea Rose Community Collaborative. The event benefits Saline Memorial Hospital's Food is Medicine food pantry and is based at Saline Memorial Hospital, 1 Medical Park Drive.

Pre-registration fees are listed in categories: individual $25 with a t shirt included, child under 12 $20 with a t shirt included, and virtual $25 without a t shirt. Onsite registration is available during packet pickup for $30 with a t shirt depending on availability. Registration opens July 22, 2026; in-person registration closes September 10, 2026 and virtual registration closes September 19, 2026.
Race packet pick up is scheduled for Friday, September 18, 2026 from 5 to 7 p.m. The course starts and finishes at Saline Memorial Hospital and passes through historic downtown Benton. The route is described as flat and will have water stations at mile 1 and mile 2 and a hype station at mile 3. Participants who finish the in-person race receive a finisher medal; virtual participants do not receive a finisher medal.
Race timing will be provided by Heartland Racing Co. Entry fees are non refundable and the event may be postponed for inclement weather. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
