The Aston 5 takes place on 12 July 2026 in Aston, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. Race headquarters are at Aston Village Hall on New Park Lane in Aston.
The event holds a UKA/Sport:80 race licence and is included on the Power of 10 website. Participants receive a race bib with an integrated timing chip, and the event uses electronic timing with online live results. Other provided elements include the option to purchase high-quality T-shirts while stocks last, a race medal, an awards ceremony, and a downloadable finisher certificate. Drink stations are provided on course and at the finish. Medical provision is available at the start, on course and at the finish. The course is signposted with mile markers and staffed by marshals, and toilets are available at Race HQ.
The race distance is 5 miles. Registration is online only and the registration platform is available via web browser or mobile device on the morning of the event until 8:50 AM. Organizers do not offer general refunds or deferrals; places can be transferred to another runner prior to the race using the self-service link in the confirmation email. If a participant is unable to run because of pregnancy or the postpartum period, the entry may be deferred to one of the following three years or a full refund offered.
