The Alpenglow 100
The Alpenglow 100 is a mountain trail running event held in Valemount, British Columbia, on Whiskey Fill Road. The event dates are July 3 to July 5, 2026, and the 2026 edition is sold out.
The course uses two local mountains, McKirdy and Swift, and reaches elevations above 2300 meters, roughly 8000 feet. High alpine sections provide views toward Mt. Robson, the Premier's Range, multiple Rocky Mountain peaks, the Monashees and Kinbasket Lake. A separate kids race is also part of the event program.

Practical details for participants include fee and tax notes: prices include mandatory charges, 5% GST applies to registrations, and merchandise purchases incur 5% GST plus 7% PST. The event policy states that bibs are not transferable, there is no waitlist once a distance is sold out, and entries can be deferred under specific conditions depending on the timing before race day.
