The 7 Deadly Sins 7in7
The event runs over seven consecutive days at Pengethley Manor in Ross-on-Wye. Each day offers a choice of set distances and a seven hour time limit to complete the chosen distance. The course is offroad, contained within the manor grounds, and includes a repeated hill and a series of ups and downs through two vineyards.
Distances offered each day:
- 5k (two laps)
- 10k
- Half Marathon
- Marathon
- Ultra
Each lap measures 2.5k. The event is open to walkers and runners, and individual race days can be entered separately. Each day has its own name and a unique medal; completing all seven days earns seven different medals. Race medals and virtual medals are the same type and measure 80 mm across.
A virtual option is available for participation at any time during January, with a minimum distance of 5k. Virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib and must submit proof of their run for verification; acceptable proof includes a photo of a device recording, joining the organiser’s Strava group, or uploading evidence to the organiser’s Facebook page. For virtual entries and postings of medals there may be additional postage costs for international addresses. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
