The 7 Deadly Sins 7in7
The event is a seven-day running challenge held from Monday 12 January 2026 to Sunday 18 January 2026 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). Each day gives participants a fixed time limit of seven hours to complete their chosen distance. The course is offroad, contained within the manor grounds, and runs as a 2.5 km lap. The route includes a hill on each lap and a series of up-and-down sections through two vineyards. The event is open to walkers and runners; under-18s must be accompanied by an adult.
Format, entries and medals
Distances available each day:

- 10k
- Half Marathon
- Marathon
- Ultra
Each race day has a unique name and a unique medal; completing all seven days earns seven different medals. Medals are 80 mm wide. A virtual option is available for participants who cannot attend in person: virtual entries can be completed on any day during January, require a minimum of 5k, and receive a personalised virtual bib and medal after run verification (photo of a device, Strava group, or social upload). Entry fees are non-refundable. Fee examples: full seven-day race entry £195, virtual UK seven-day entry £155, virtual international seven-day entry £185.
