The 7 Deadly Sins 7in7
The event runs from Monday 12 January 2026 to Sunday 18 January 2026 at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). It is a seven-day challenge held on consecutive days. Each day offers a choice of distance and competitors have a seven hour time limit to complete their chosen distance. The course is offroad within the Pengethley Manor grounds and includes a hill on each lap and a series of up and downs through two vineyards.
Distances available:
- 5k (2 laps)
- 10k
- Half Marathon
- Marathon
- Ultra
Each race day has its own name and medal: Slothful Run, Proud Run, Lusty Run, The Angry, Gluttonous Run, Greedy Run, Envious Run. Competitors can enter individual days or all seven days.
Practical information
Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Race bibs are collected at on-site registration; virtual entrants receive a personalised virtual bib by email. Virtual runs may be completed on any day in January with a minimum distance of 5k and require proof of the run (for example a device screenshot, Strava or social upload) for medal dispatch. Medals are 80 mm wide; race medals are handed out at the finish and virtual medals are posted after verification. On-site facilities include free parking, tea and coffee, sandwiches and soup, and toilets.
