Event overview
The 7 Deadly Sins 7in7 is a seven-day running challenge held at Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye (what3words: physical.growth.shelf). The 2026 event runs from Monday 12 January to Sunday 18 January. Each day offers a choice of distance and a seven-hour time limit to complete the chosen distance. The route is offroad within the manor grounds and includes a hill plus a series of up-and-down sections through two vineyards. Each lap is 2.5 km.

Each race day has a unique name and a unique medal. Medals are 80 mm wide and are awarded to finishers on the day. A virtual option is available during January; virtual entries receive a personalised virtual bib and a medal posted after the run is verified. Virtual runs must be at least 5k.
Practical details and fees
The event provides free parking, free tea and coffee, sandwiches and soup, and toilets. Entry fees are non-refundable. Sample fees listed are: full seven-day race entry £195, virtual UK seven-day entry £155, virtual international seven-day entry £185. Organiser terms state that entrants must be aged 18 or over.
