The 5K Foam Fest Ottawa
The 5K Foam Fest is an obstacle course fun run scheduled for August 22, 2026 at Wesley Clover Parks, Corkstown Road, Nepean, Ottawa, ON, Canada. The event features more than 25 obstacles, including a large inflatable waterslide, mud pits, and about 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. The 5 km course can be walked or run and all obstacles are optional.

A free kids zone is available for children aged 6 and under with adult supervision; children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult.
