Overview
The 5K Foam Fest in Ottawa takes place on Saturday Aug. 22, 2026 at Wesley Clover Parks. The event is a 5 km obstacle course featuring foam and water elements. The organizer lists 25 obstacles and states that 2.5 million cubic feet of foam are used at the event.
Obstacles and features include large inflatable water slides, multiple Slip n Slide sections, mud pits at certain venues, walls, a Foam Zone, Cargo Climb, DD Mega Slide, Corkscrew, Wipeout Wonderland, Foamy Start and Foamy Finish, Tire Hop, Lily Pads and Hill Climb among others.
