The 5K Foam Fest Ottawa
This event is a 5 km obstacle course held at Wesley Clover Parks, Corkstown Road, Nepean, ON, Canada. The course features more than 25 obstacles, inflatable waterslides, mud pits and about 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Obstacles are optional and participants may proceed at their own pace.
The event includes a festival area with music, food vendors and local sellers, plus a beer garden. There is a free kids zone for children aged 6 and under that includes a mini inflatable obstacle and bounce house and requires adult supervision. Children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult. Participants aged 13 to 17 do not require an adult chaperone but must follow all course rules. Legal guardians must sign waivers for participants under 18. The organizer notes that the obstacle course involves physical risks.
Tickets include entry to the run and festival, a festival wristband, string bag, buff, finisher medal, Foam Fest tattoo, water stations, shower station, change room access and a free finish line photo; course photos are available for purchase. There are no refunds; transfer options are available. Spectators have free access to the festival area, vendors and beer garden. Reduced and family ticket options are listed by the organizer.
