The 5K Foam Fest - Ottawa
The 5K Foam Fest is an obstacle course-based fun run held at Wesley Clover Parks in Ottawa. The event features over 25 different obstacles, including the world's largest inflatable waterslide, mud pits, and approximately 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. The course is designed to be completed at the participant's own pace, and all obstacles are considered optional.

Participants aged 7 and older are eligible to run the full 5 km course. Children between the ages of 7 and 12 must be accompanied by a registered adult during the run. For children aged 6 and under, a free "Kids FUN Zone" is provided, featuring a mini inflatable obstacle course and a bounce house, requiring adult supervision.
Registration includes a variety of items such as a string bag, a buff, a finisher's medal, a temporary tattoo, and access to water stations. On-site facilities include shower stations and changing rooms. The event site also hosts a festival area with music, local vendors, food, and a beer garden.
