The 5K Foam Fest in Ottawa
The 5K Foam Fest takes place on Saturday Aug. 22, 2026 at Wesley Clover Parks in Ottawa. The event is a 5K course featuring 25 obstacles and extensive foam coverage. The course includes inflatable structures, waterslides, slip and slides, mud pits at certain venues and a foam zone. The organizer states that events use 2.5 million cubic feet of foam.
