The 5K Foam Fest in Ottawa, Saturday August 22, 2026
The event is an approximately 5K obstacle course held at Wesley Clover Parks in Ottawa. The course includes 25 obstacles, such as inflatable waterslides, slip n slides and muddy sections; some mud obstacles may be venue specific.
Organizers state the use of about 2.5 million cubic feet of foam during the event. The participant package includes a string bag, a 5K Foam buff, a finisher medal, a festival wristband, a temporary tattoo and a free low resolution finish photo. The event also features a kids free fun zone, water stations and a rinse station.
On-site offerings include a live DJ, food vendors, a licensed beer garden and a merch tent. Spectator entry is free. A gear check is available for a suggested $5 donation. Ticket prices are listed in Canadian dollars and local taxes and fees apply.
