The 5K Foam Fest - Central Coast
The event is a 5K obstacle-course fun run held at 69 Cooks Rd, Glenworth Valley, NSW 2250, Australia on Saturday, December 6, 2025. The course features more than 25 optional obstacles, including an inflatable waterslide, mud pits and approximately 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. The festival area includes live music, a free kids zone for children aged 6 and under, food vendors, local stalls and a beer garden. Spectators have free access to the festival area, vendors and beer garden.
Race details and entry
Participants must be at least 7 years old to run. Children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult; ages 13 to 17 do not require an adult chaperone but all participants under 18 require a legal guardian to sign event waivers. Children 6 and under may use the Kids FUN Zone with adult supervision but cannot run the 5K course. Tickets include a string bag, buff, finisher's medal, Foam Fest tattoo, water stations, shower station, change room access, festival access, free kids zone and a low-resolution finish photo; higher-resolution photos are available for purchase. Entry fees are nonrefundable; transfer options are offered. Discounted group and corporate rates are available for groups of 10 or more. The event lists Make-A-Wish Australia as a supported charity.
