The 5K Foam Fest - Central Coast 2027
The event takes place on January 30, 2027, at 69 Cooks Rd, Glenworth Valley NSW 2250, Australia. It is a 5 km obstacle-course fun run that includes more than 25 obstacles along the route.
Features along the course include an inflatable waterslide, mud pits and a large foam area reported as 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Obstacles are optional and the course may be walked or run at each participant's own pace. Music, food vendors and a beer garden are part of the festival area.
Age and participation rules specify that participants must be at least 7 years old to run the course. Children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult. Participants aged 13 to 17 do not require an adult chaperone but must follow course rules. Children 6 years and under cannot run the 5K but may use the free Kids FUN Zone with adult supervision. Legal guardians must sign waivers for participants under 18.
Ticket inclusions listed for the event include a string bag, buff, finisher's medal, a Foam Fest tattoo, water stations, shower station, change room access, festival access and a free low resolution finish photo.
