The 5K Foam Fest - Central Coast

Located on the Central Coast, Glenworth Valley, NSW, Australia, the 5K Foam Fest is touted as The World's #1 Fun Run. The two-day event on Dec 6–7, 2025 offers a 5K obstacle-course with 22+ obstacles, featuring the world's largest inflatable waterslide, mud pits, and 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. The festival atmosphere includes live music, local food vendors, a beer garden, and a free Kids Zone for younger attendees.
