The 5K Foam Fest - Central Coast 2027
The 5K Foam Fest - Central Coast 2027 is an obstacle course based fun run held at 69 Cooks Rd, Glenworth Valley NSW 2250, Australia on January 30, 2027. The course runs over approximately 5 kilometres and features more than 25 obstacles, including an inflatable waterslide, mud pits and about 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Obstacles are optional and participants may choose their own pace.
The event includes a festival area with live music, food and local vendors, a beer garden and a free kids zone for children aged six and under. Children aged seven to twelve must participate with a registered adult; participants aged thirteen to seventeen do not require an adult chaperone but must follow course rules. Event waivers are required and the organiser warns there are risks of injury associated with the course. Legal guardians must sign waivers for participants under eighteen.
Entry includes the run, a string bag, buff, finisher medal, a Foam Fest tattoo, water stations, shower station, change room access, festival access, the free kids zone and a low resolution finish photo. High resolution photos are available for purchase. There are no refunds on entries or payments; transfer options are available. Corporate and group rates are offered for groups of ten or more.
