The 5K Foam Fest - Central Coast

The 5K Foam Fest - Central Coast is a unique obstacle course fun run held at Glenworth Valley, NSW, Australia. Spanning 5 kilometers, the event features over 22 obstacles including the world's largest inflatable waterslide, mud pits, and 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Designed for all ages and abilities, participants can walk, run, or charge through the course at their own pace, with all obstacles optional.
