The 5K Foam Fest - Central Coast is a two-day obstacle-course fun run held on December 6 and 7, 2025, at 69 Cooks Rd, Glenworth Valley, NSW 2250, Australia. The course distance is 5K and features more than 25 obstacles, including an inflatable waterslide, mud pits and about 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. The event includes a festival area with food vendors, live music, a beer garden and a free kids zone for children aged 6 and under.
Participation, rules and tickets
Participants aged 7 and up may run. Children aged 7 to 12 must run with a registered adult; participants 13 to 17 do not require an adult chaperone but must follow course rules. A legal guardian must sign the event waiver for anyone under 18. All obstacles are optional. Spectators have free access to the festival area, vendors and beer garden. Ticketed inclusions listed for entries include a string bag, buff, finisher's medal, Foam Fest tattoo, water stations, shower station, change room access and free event photos.
