Thames Meander Autumn
The Thames Meander Autumn is a riverside running event on 3rd October 2027 that uses the Thames Path around Barnes. The race series starts in Small Profit Dock Gardens, adjacent to Barnes Sports Club Race HQ at The Club House, 261 Lonsdale Rd, London SW13 9QL.
Distances offered:
- 10 km out and back to Kew Gardens Car Park CP2.
- Half marathon one 13.1 mile out and back to Petersham CP3.
- Marathon two 13.1 mile out and back loops to Petersham CP3.
All routes run along the Thames Path on out and back courses. The organisers describe the courses as flat and runnable. The course will be marked and marshalled along the route, with well stocked checkpoints and professional medical support provided by KLP Medical Supplies.
Check points include the start and finish at Small Profit Dock Gardens (CP1), Kew Gardens Car Park on Ferry Lane (CP2), and Petersham and Ham Sea Scouts at Douglas House, Meadow Close, Richmond (CP3).
