Terrain Race - Houston, Texas
This event is scheduled for August 1, 2026, at Three Palms Action Sports Park in Conroe, Texas. The course follows a 5K structure, typically about three miles, and includes mud, walls, ropes, monkey bars and 15 or more obstacles; specific obstacles vary by venue.
Packet pickup is the day before the event on Friday, July 31, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the venue. If a participant misses packet pickup, the packet may be claimed on race morning for a $5 fee per packet, cash only. Follow venue signs and parking staff for directions on arrival. The venue may collect a cash-only parking fee of up to $20.
Included with registration are a shirt, a finisher medal, and a race bib. A portion of proceeds is donated to a local charity after the event. Gear check is available at the event for a $5 fee.
The event uses wave starts and supports team registration to help place teammates in the same wave. Age rules: participants must be at least 14 years old to run the 5K alone; children aged 7 to 13 may run the 5K with a parent or guardian. The Mini Monkey course is a half mile for ages 2 to 10 and allows parents to accompany children at no charge.
