Event Details
The Termonfeckin Half Marathon and 4 Mile Road Race takes place on 12 July 2026. The start and finish location is St Fechins GAA grounds in Termonfeckin, Co Louth (A92 ET95).

The event offers two distances:
- Half Marathon
- 4 Mile
Schedule and Logistics
The half marathon starts at 9:00 am, and the 4-mile race starts at 9:15 am. Access roads to the venue close at 8:30 am. Ample on-site parking is available. A manned and secure baggage drop will operate in the Community Centre on site.
On-Course Support
There will be three water stations on the half marathon route. The course is measured in miles, with mile markers placed as close as possible to each mile. First aid will be provided by the Order of Malta at the finish line, with quick access to all areas of the course. Refreshments will be available in the Community Centre after the race.
Registration and Collection
Race numbers for registrations completed before 6 July 2025 will be posted. For registrations after that date, numbers can be collected on race day between 7:45 am and 8:45 am. A race pack includes the race number and safety pins. For the half marathon, it also includes a t-shirt (size not guaranteed). For the 4-mile race, a t-shirt is only included if purchased separately.
Prizes and Recognition
All finishers will receive a medal. Cash prizes are awarded for the half marathon and 4-mile race. For the half marathon, prizes are given for the top three senior male and female finishers, and for the top two male and female finishers in the Over 40s category.
