Tenby 10k

The Tenby 10k is a road race held in Tenby, Pembrokeshire, with the start and finish in Tudor Square (SA70 7AJ). The course runs on traffic free closed roads and is organised as two laps that take in streets and seafront promenades through the town.

The route leaves Tudor Square and proceeds along High Street with views of Tenby North Beach, then via White Lion Street into Upper and Lower Frog Street. Runners pass under the Imperial Arch onto The Paragon, continue along St Florence Parade and the Esplanade with views of Tenby South Beach and Caldey Island, then follow Victoria Street, Culver Park and Church Park. The route continues along Queens Parade, Station Road and Warren Street before returning toward North Beach and following Narberth Road to the turn point. The Croft offers further views of North Beach and the town before runners retrace to Tudor Square to complete two laps.

Event logistics include a fully marshalled course, electronic chip timing and a finishers t-shirt. In 2025 the event welcomed nearly 1,000 runners and raised over £20,000 for the Paul Sartori Foundation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
