Colour Run Cymru

Colour Run Cymru is a non-competitive 5K event held at Pembrey Country Park, Pembrey, near Burry Port. Taking place on St David’s Day, it offers a festive, family-friendly atmosphere for walkers, joggers and runners of all ages and fitness levels. The lively course features colour stations, music, and Welsh pride, with volunteers at checkpoints showering participants in bright, biodegradable powder.

Costumes—especially daffodils, dragons, and traditional Welsh dress—are encouraged, turning the run into a colorful celebration of spring and community.
