Event Format
Ten Trails of Garigal is a timed trail running event consisting of a 5-kilometer loop. Participants can choose to run multiple laps, with specific named categories available: 20 km (4 laps), 40 km (8 laps), or the full 50 km (10 laps). A key rule is the 45-minute cut-off per lap; runners must finish a lap within this window to start the next one. If a runner misses a cut-off, they can rest and rejoin the challenge on the subsequent lap start.
