Temple to Temple Run
The Pioneer Day Temple to Temple is a 5K held in Provo, Utah on July 24, 2026. The course begins at the Provo LDS temple, passes the BYU campus, and finishes at the Provo City Center LDS temple, running through streets of Provo city.
The event invites men, women, and children of all ages and running abilities to participate. Participants may walk the 5K with family or while pushing a stroller. All members of the community are welcome.
Registration is free. Each registered participant receives a race bib prior to race day that must be worn to participate. Organizers have a streamlined process for bib and t-shirt pickup; t-shirts are available for a small fee.
Start times will be staggered because of the number of participants. Groups using strollers, wagons, scooters, or other wheeled forms of transportation will be asked to wait until most runners and non-wheeled participants have cleared the starting area. Organizers expect over 8,000 participants and note these procedures are intended to help keep the course safe. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
