Temple to Temple 5K : Provo, July 24, 2026
The Temple to Temple event is the 14th annual community 5K in Provo held on July 24, 2026. The course begins at the Rock Canyon Temple site, passes BYU campus and streets of Provo, and finishes at the Provo City Center Temple. The event route is mapped by the organizers.
Registration is required and is free. Each registered participant receives a commemorative race bib. Participants may purchase a cotton T-shirt for $12 or a Performance Tek shirt for $20. Bibs and shirts can be picked up in the days before the event at the Provo Freedom Stake Center and at the finish area on race day.
Organizers have arranged buses to transport participants toward the starting area and to return drivers to their vehicles after the event. Local public transit (UVX) has stops along the route. Parking is available in downtown Provo and near BYU; specific pick up and drop off areas are noted by the organizers.
Safety and access rules are detailed by the organizers: bicycles are not permitted on the course; groups with strollers, wagons, or scooters may be asked to wait until most runners have cleared the start; only registered service animals with vests are permitted.
