Tallaght AC's annual 5K in Dublin on 17 March 2026 is a chip timed road race open to runners and walkers with a €20 entry fee and cash prizes. Separate juvenile track races have a €5 entry fee and are not chip timed.

Tallaght AC 5K Road Race 2026

Tallaght AC's annual 5K road race takes place in Dublin on 17 March 2026. The event operates with a permit, certificate number 25/256, and is held in conjunction with the St Patricks Day Festival 2026.

The main 5K is open to runners and walkers and is chip timed. The entry fee for the 5K is €20. Cash prizes are awarded for first, second and third places in male and female categories, with additional awards for first junior male and female and first place in all master categories. A specially designed t-shirt will be provided to the first 600 online entries.

A selection of juvenile races will also take place on the club running track. Juvenile entry is €5 per race; juvenile races are not chip timed and do not include a t-shirt.
