Tallaght AC 5K Road Race 2027
Tallaght AC presents an annual 5 km road race on 17 March 2027 in Tallaght, held as part of the St Patrick's Day festival parade. The event is in its fifth year and the permit is pending approval.
The race includes the Dublin Novice Championship. To compete in the Novice Championship, entrants must be members of Dublin Athletics Club and be 19 years of age or older. The race is open to age groups from 13 years and up.
The entry fee is €20. A technical T-shirt will be provided for the first 700 online entries. Online ticket sales are available between 2 November 2026 and 16 March 2027.
Organisers note that the event sold out early in the previous two years and expect similar demand for 2027. The race takes place on Greenhills Road, Tallaght. Juvenile races are scheduled on the same day as the 5 km event.
