Tallaght AC 5K Road Race 2027
Tallaght Athletic Club stages an annual 5k road race in Dublin on 17 March as part of the St Patrick’s Day festival parade. This is the fifth year the club has hosted the event. The race has sold out early in the last two years.
The event includes the Dublin Novice Championship. To compete in that championship, entrants must be a member of a Dublin athletics club and be 19 years of age or older. The race is open to age groups from 13 years and up.
Entry fee is €20. A technical T-shirt is provided to the first 700 online entries. Prize categories include cash prizes for the first three male and first three female finishers, first place in each master category, first junior male and female, and first under-16 male and female. For 2027 there is a €100 cash bonus if either course record is broken; the listed male record is 15:07 and the listed female record is 16:48.
