Tacoma City Turkey Trot

The Tacoma City Turkey Trot is a family-friendly Thanksgiving morning event in Tacoma’s Proctor District. The 5K Run/Walk starts at Fleet Feet Tacoma, with a 1K Kids Run the same morning; costumes are encouraged. The USATF-certified course winds through the Proctor area, with course info and maps available on the site.

Runners receive a commemorative 5K medal, while Kids Run participants get a finisher ribbon. Registration includes a shirt for 5K runners, and discounted group rates for teams. The event supports the Northwest Tacoma Nourish Food Bank and the Humane Society of Tacoma & Pierce County, with timing by Ready, Set…Time and post-race photos.
