Taco 'Bout Fun Run - Buffalo Park, Flagstaff
The Taco 'Bout Fun Run takes place on May 16, 2026, at Buffalo Park in Flagstaff. The event is the fifth annual edition and includes trail races and community activities set among Ponderosa pines.
The 10K and 5K are professionally chip-timed trail races that run through the Ponderosa forest. Top finishers receive awards by age group and overall. After the timed races, participants are offered a taco at the finish.
A separate 1 Mile Stroll follows a flat, stroller friendly route. The Children's Churro Chase is a free, short dash for children where each participant receives a churro at the finish. All proceeds from the event support Hope Pregnancy Resource Center.
