T-Bird Trot 5K : Benton, KS
The T-Bird Trot 5K is scheduled for Saturday, April 25, 2026, in Benton, Kansas. The event is a 5K out-and-back road race held at 150 S Main Street, Benton 67017. The race is timed by Timer Guys. Entry proceeds benefit students in USD 375. The event was formerly organized by Circle Foundation and is now presented by Circle Booster Club. Registration lists a base price of $30, with the price increasing after March 31, 2026.
Course, amenities and organization
The route includes just under a mile on a trail; trail shoes are not required. Organizers state the course will match last year’s route but may be changed if necessary to preserve the Two Angels Trail. A breakfast is provided at the Lyons Community Building; race entrants receive breakfast by showing their race bib, and a free-will donation is requested for non-race participants. A course map is available on MapMyRun, and race updates are posted on the event Facebook page.
