Course and logistics
Both races use out-and-back courses and start from the Angler's parking lot. Check-in is held on the front porch of Angler's Restaurant on the days before and the day of the race. The 50K course is described as out-and-back on 14.5 miles of trail and 1 mile of pavement, with two water crossings at approximately 2 miles and 30 miles. The 25K course is described as out-and-back on 7.25 miles of trail and 1 mile of pavement, with two water crossings at approximately 2 miles and 14.5 miles.
Awards and policies
Awards are given to the overall male and female finishers in both the 50K and 25K. The race has a no refunds policy and no inclement weather policy; the event will be held regardless of temperature, precipitation, or creek crossing level.
