About the race
AL Sydbank Den Grønne Halvmaraton is a road running event held in Kongens Lyngby with race routes through green areas around Lyngby. The event offers two DAF measured distances and holds certification and a silver classification from Dansk Atletik Forbund and DGI.
Participants can choose between:

- 10 km (DAF measured)
The event emphasizes sustainability throughout its operation. Measures include no plastic cups at drink stations, sorting of all waste, teams that collect litter along the route after the race, an electric timekeeping vehicle, no use of envelopes or plastic bags for bib distribution, and optional medals and lanyards made from sustainable materials. Organizers encourage travel by bicycle or public transport.
Group registration is available with structured discounts: a 20 percent discount applied to additional registrations when multiple entries are purchased together, valid up to nine entries; groups of 10 or more can receive a 25 percent discount on participant fees either via online payment or by requesting a group account with invoice payment. The stated participant fees are 395 kr for the half marathon and 250 kr for the 10 km, before applicable administration fees and add ons.
