About the race
Swissalpine is a trail running and hiking festival in Flims Laax taking place on trails around the Rheinschlucht and within the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Sardona area. The program combines multiple trail races and hiking routes that start and finish in Prau la Selva, Flims, and traverse varied alpine terrain, lakeshores and geological landmarks such as the Caumasee, Martinsloch and the Tschingelhörner.
Routes include long-distance single runs, a team category and shorter options for hikers and beginners. Elevation gains are specified per route and the courses run on forest roads, singletrack and accessible hiking paths. The event also features a Kids Run at Prau la Selva for children.
