First Bank of Berne Swiss Days Race : Berne, Indiana
The event is a community running program held in Berne, Indiana at Washington and Jefferson Streets during the Swiss Days festival. It includes two measured road races with open registration and a published registration fee.
Distances offered:
- 3.1 Miles Swiss Days 5K Race
- 1 Mile Swiss Days Kids Race, open to those age 11 and under
Registration opens on December 31, 2025 and closes on July 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Race day registration is accepted but registrants on race day will not receive a shirt. Entries received by July 20 at 11:59 p.m. will receive a t-shirt. The registration fee is $20.00.
Early packet pickup is available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the information kiosk downtown at Swiss Days. Race day packet pickup starts at 7 a.m. Awards are presented to the top 10 finishers in each division. The 5K route includes an aid station. Post-race refreshments are provided to participants.
