FundRacers - Runnin' for a Reason
FundRacers - Runnin' for a Reason is scheduled for Saturday, October 10, 2026, at Little Mulberry Park, Fence Road side, 3855 Fence Road, Dacula, Georgia. The event benefits the Gwinnett County Police Foundation, a charitable 501(c)(3) organization that supports the Gwinnett County Police Department through charitable assistance, scholarships, safety equipment and programs, training and education, and community outreach.
Race offerings include:
- 5K race through the park grounds
- Fun Run
Entry fees vary by date and event: 5K early bird $27 through September 7, $30 from September 8 to October 1, and $35 after October 1. The Fun Run fee is $18. A family discount rate of $95 applies when four people are registered together for the same event; the discount is calculated automatically in the order basket and applies only to the first four people registered. Additional registrations are charged at the regular price in effect at the time of submission. The organizer notes that discounts can reduce the net funds raised for the benefitting cause.
The 5K course runs through the scenic grounds of Little Mulberry Park. Awards include trophies for overall male and female winners, Masters male and female winners, and Grand Master male and female winners. Medals are awarded to the top three finishers in each listed age group for male and female: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, and 75 and up.
