This free 5K in Cleveland welcomes participants with complimentary t-shirts and awards. Shuttle buses run from the convention center, and a remote race option is also available. Bib pickup happens the day before at the Huntington Convention Center.

Surgeon General's 5K

The Surgeon General's 5K takes place in Cleveland, Ohio. Registration for the event is free. A free t-shirt is available for in-person participants, but quantities are limited.

Awards are presented for the overall first-place male and female finishers. Additional awards are given for first-place finishers in male and female 10-year age groups.

Participants can pick up their race bibs early at the Huntington Convention Center. On race day, registration is also available. Buses provide transportation from the convention center to the race start line and back.

A remote version of the race is also offered. Participants can choose to complete both the in-person and remote events.
