Superheroes for Child Care 5K & Kids Fun Run 2026
The event is the 4th annual Superheroes for Child Care 5K & Kids Fun Run, held on September 26, 2026 at Eisenhower Park - Field 2 (Parking Lot 2) in East Meadow, NY 11554. The event offers in-person and virtual participation options.

Event amenities and services include a finisher medal for the first 100 finishers, live/text/email results, free finish line photos, and personalized bibs for registrations completed three weeks in advance. Awards are given to the top male and female overall and to the top male and female in age groups 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+.
Registration and logistics notes: registration fees are non-refundable and are used toward race expenses. Team registration is optional. In-person bib pickup begins one hour before the event; virtual bibs are mailed the Monday prior to the start date when applicable, with a 3–5 day delivery allowance. Virtual participants can upload times and up to five photos between September 26 and October 4.
