The Superhero Dash 5K and Family Fun Run takes place on March 28, 2026, at City Lake Park in Jamestown. The event is hosted by the Guild of Family Service of High Point Foundation and supports Family Service of the Piedmont programs.

The program includes the following events:

5K chip timed race
Family Fun Run for children

The Family Fun Run provides each child with a superhero cape and includes crafts, face painting, and community resource tables. The 5K awards prizes to the top three fastest runners in each age group. Superhero costumes are encouraged.
