Superhero 5km and Fun Run
The Superhero 5km and Fun Run takes place at Gateway Park in Yuma, Arizona. This family oriented event supports the Yuma Children's Museum, focusing on community fitness and local impact. Participants are welcome to wear costumes, and the event is open to individuals of all ages and athletic abilities, including walkers and young children.

Participants in the event receive a Superhero race t-shirt and a finisher's medal. The first 50 registered participants are also provided with a cape. The race utilizes electronic timing for the 5 km distance. This is facilitated through disposable RFID chip technology attached to the race bibs, which should be worn at the front near the navel area to ensure accurate results.
