Yuma Territorial Marathon and Half Marathon
The Yuma Territorial Marathon and accompanying races take place on January 30, 2027, at Cocopah Resort and Casino in Somerton, Arizona. The event offers multiple race options, course documentation, and race-day services.

The marathon course is certified by USATF and can be used to qualify for the Boston Marathon. The course is an out-and-back route with minimal elevation change; the start runs downhill about 74 feet and returns uphill in the final miles. Runners use the shoulder of a highway for much of the course. Only registered runners are allowed on course; bicycles, strollers, and unregistered runners are not permitted.
All participants receive a technical fabric T-shirt and a finisher medal. Goodie bags are available to the first 300 participants who check in. Awards and cash prizes are given to the top three individual male and female finishers in the Marathon and Half Marathon categories. Race-day photos are posted online at the organizer photo gallery and are available for personal download at no charge.
On-site packet pickup is available the Friday before the race between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm and up to one hour before the scheduled race on race day. Registration is offered online via the event registration site and the race website. Drones are not allowed without written consent from the host.
