Stretch Lab Super Sunday 4 Miler
The Super Sunday 4 Miler is an annual running event held in Bedford, New Hampshire. The race features a 4 mile loop course that is USATF certified (NH24001BK). The route travels through the town of Bedford, starting and finishing on Nashua Road at the Bedford Little League Complex. Participants can also choose a virtual option, allowing them to complete the distance from any location.

The course includes a water station located approximately 2 miles into the loop. After crossing the finish line, participants have access to a post-race area with refreshments such as water, bananas, yogurt, and hot soup. For participants aged 21 and over, a post-race beer is provided at an onsite tailgate party.
This event is a part of the Elliot Millennium Running Series; runners who complete at least three events in the series totaling 26.2 miles earn a commemorative jacket. It also serves as a component of the Delta Dental Points Chase for competitive scoring. Registered participants receive professional digital race photos and a link to a finisher video after the event. All parking is located at Bedford High School, and organizers recommend carpooling due to local road closures on race morning.
