Event information
The Super Seattle 5K takes place on Sunday, February 8, 2026, in Seattle, WA (zip 98115). The event distance is 5K and is open to ages 1 to 120. Entry pricing listed in the source includes $25 for the standard 5K and $15 for participants age 18 and under; the price increases after December 28, 2025. The race is chip-timed; timing is provided by Bell Lap Productions. Podium awards are given to the top three finishers in each age category, with male and female awards separated. Age categories include 1-11, 12-15, 16-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+.
Course and logistics
The event is held at Green Lake Park, with the start/finish area at the Greenlake Community Center basketball courts on the east side of the lake. The course follows the inner paved path around Green Lake in a counter-clockwise loop, then exits near mile 2.8 for a counter-clockwise lap around the play fields. The final turn is a left turn with about 200 meters remaining to the finish; the final stretch is described as slightly downhill. Bib pickup is only available on race day at the starting line tent; day-of registration is available. Post-race hydration and nutrition will be provided. The race is stroller friendly. Dogs are not allowed. Participants are invited to bring non-perishable or canned food items for donation to local food shelters in Washington State.
