Event details
The Super Seattle 5K takes place on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at Green Lake Park in Seattle, WA (7351 East Green Lake Dr N.). The event distance is 5K and is open to ages 1 to 120. Registration shows a current price of $25 for the 5K and $15 for participants 18 and under; the price increases after January 6, 2026. The race is chip timed, with timing provided by Bell Lap Productions. Day-of registration is available. Scholarships are offered for participants with financial hardship by contacting the race director.
Course and race logistics
The start and finish area is at the Greenlake Community Center basketball courts on the east side of Green Lake. The course follows a counter-clockwise loop on the inner paved path around the lake, with an exit near mile 2.8 to circle the play fields before the final turn. The final corner is followed by about 200 meters to the finish and is described as slightly downhill. Bib pickup is available on race day at the Green Lake softball fields at the start area; there is no pre-race bib pickup. Podium awards are given to the top three in each age category, with male and female awards separately. Age categories run from 1-11 up to 60+. Post-race hydration and nutrition are provided. The event accepts canned or non-perishable food donations for local food shelters. The race is stroller friendly; dogs are not allowed.
