Event details
The Super Seattle 5K takes place on Sunday, February 8, 2026, at Green Lake Park in Seattle, WA (7351 East Green Lake Dr N.). The event features a 5K run on a paved loop around Green Lake. Registration is open to ages 1 to 120. Youth pricing is listed for participants age 18 and under. The race is chip-timed, with timing provided by Bell Lap Productions. Podium awards are given to the top three in each age category, with male and female awards presented separately. Age categories include 1-11, 12-15, 16-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+. Scholarships are available for participants with financial hardship. The event is stroller friendly; dogs are not allowed.
Course and logistics
The start and finish area is at the Greenlake Community Center basketball courts on the east side of the lake. The course follows the inner paved path in a counter-clockwise loop, then exits near mile 2.8 for a lap around the play fields. The final turn is a left turn with about 200 meters remaining to the finish; the finish area is described as slightly downhill. Bib pickup is available on race day at the starting line tent. Post-race hydration and nutrition will be provided. Participants are advised to prepare for cold or inclement weather.
