Every participant receives a superhero cape and a finisher medal at the finish line. Awards are given to overall male and female finishers and in the following age groups: 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over.
Registration opens March 15, 2026 and closes June 20, 2026. Registration fees listed are $40.00 for the Super Dad Stride 5K and $30.00 for the Dad Joke Jog 1 Mile.
