Sunshower's Bare Butts 5K - Saturday August 1, 2026
The event is a 5K run and walk hosted at Sunshower Country Club, a family-oriented nudist club and member of national naturist organizations. It takes place as part of the club's summer activities and is organized for both runners and walkers.
Pre-registration is offered through July 31, 2026 for a fee of $40; the fee is $50 after that date. Registration includes one day ground fees and one night primitive camping for participants. Race-day, in-person registration is also allowed.
Participants are eligible for medals awarded by age and sex for both runners and walkers. Snacks and drinks are provided free of charge during the event. Lunch is available for a minimum charge with choices such as chicken, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hotdogs, Bahama mamas, veggie burgers, or salmon with chips; fries are also available.
The day's program continues with a pool party including water volleyball and time to relax. A free hotdog dinner will be served in the evening for participants and club members as a gesture of appreciation.
