Sunderbruch B&B Trail Races - May 16, 2026
The event takes place at Sunderbruch Park in Davenport, Iowa and offers two measured but approximate trail distances:
- ~5k mostly following green and some blue mountain bike trails, relatively flat with rolling inclines.
- ~10k a mix of dirt single track, with quick descents and climbs and some technical sections.
The course surface is usually about 90% dirt single track, with a short section of wider mowed grass and a brief parade loop in the parking lot before entering single track. The 10k course has changed over the years to vary the route. The course will close at the three hour mark and volunteers will be withdrawn then or when the last runner passes them.
This is a cup free event; participants should carry fluids or bring a vessel for aid stations. Registration includes custom race swag and a B&B mug for post race refreshments. Collapsible silicone cups will be available for purchase at packet pickup.
Registration is online only, with no race morning signups, and there are no refunds or bib transfers. A waitlist is used when entries fill; accepted waitlisters have a limited time to confirm. Registrants who cannot attend may defer entry for a 100% rollover credit valid for one year if arranged by the April 23 deadline.
Packet pickup is scheduled at Stompbox Brewing Thursday evening, at Sunderbruch Park Friday evening, and on race morning. A free kids trail race for ages 10 and under runs Friday night at packet pickup. The event supports Friends of Off Road Cycling and is part of the No Coast Trail Series. Pets and strollers are not allowed on course; well behaved dogs are welcome at the post race potluck where bacon and craft beer will be provided.
