Summer Trail Series at Castlewood State Park
The St. Louis Track Club stages a five race trail series at Castlewood State Park in Ballwin, Missouri. The series runs from July 2 to August 27, 2026, with a rain and weather date of September 3, 2026. Races are held every other week and points accumulate across the series; only the four best race scores count toward series awards.

Registration information lists an all races option totaling 30K and single race entries. Fees shown are $125.00 for the full series and $30.00 per single race. Registration opens May 22, 2026; individual race registration closes before each event. St. Louis Track Club members receive a discount of $10 on the series or $2 on a single race.
Series participants receive a race shirt and a commemorative event medal; shirts may be picked up on any race day. Series scoring awards points by gender group placement using a set scale where first place receives 50 points and all finishers receive 5 points. Only series registrants are eligible for series awards. For individual races, the top five runners in each gender receive a prize. After each run there will be grilled food and cold beverages, with vegetarian and nonalcoholic options. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
