Summer Splash 5K : Badger Mountain Community Park, Richland WA
The Summer Splash 5K includes a timed 5k race and a free Kids Splash Dash. The event takes place at Badger Mountain Community Park, 350 Keene Road, Richland, WA. The start and finish are located near the park playground and splash pad.

- Kids Splash Dash : 0.5 mile loop inside Badger Mountain Community Park
The 5k is an out and back route that heads east on the 12‑foot wide paved Keene Road Trail and turns where the trail crosses Bellerive Road. The course will be marked with chalk and cones. There are three road crossings at Elementary Street, Leslie Road, and Venus Circle; volunteers will assist at crossings but participants are responsible for obeying traffic laws and using crosswalks.
The Kids Splash Dash follows the paved loop around the fields and splash pad, is untimed, and is open to children 10 years old and younger. All participants must sign a waiver; participants under 18 require a parent or guardian signature.
The 5k will be timed and results posted online. Awards include overall top female and male and medals for the top three female and male finishers in each age group. Water and snacks will be available at the finish area. The park offers grass fields, a playground, and a splash pad for post event use.
